Service

We provide 24-hour technical support, every day of the year. That means AOG parts support and mobile repair teams standing ready for emergencies virtually anywhere in the world— in most cases within the hour. We offer a pool of more than 250 engines available for rent. In the field, we have 90 service and support professionals with one mission: taking care of the customer, no matter what, no matter when.

Support

Since we are the only company OEM-authorized by most major turbine engine manufacturers, we are able to offer the widest product range. The result — together with our affiliates we provide OEM-authorized service on more than 86% of the turbine engine models that power business aircraft today. We offer a comprehensive set of engine and service specific warranties. And we deliver unmatched expertise. All of our field service technicians and regional engine managers hold an A&P license and most have an IA rating. A typical technician has 16 years of experience.
