Michael Cumnock
Vice President, Customer Service & Global Regional Turbine Center Operations
Mike Cumnock has been vice president of customer service and Global Regional Turbine Center (RTC) Operations since April 2000.
In this role, Mr. Cumnock directs all customer support representatives and the Regional Turbine Center managers throughout the U.S. and in England. His department provides warranty support for the Sales department and directs in-house and field customer support representatives and Regional Turbine Center managers worldwide. The department also supports worldwide customers operating engines serviced by Dallas Airmotive, and provides warranty support for overhauled engines.
Mr. Cumnock has been with Dallas Airmotive and its predecessor companies since 1971. During his tenure, he has served the company in a variety of roles in the customer service and operations areas. Before he was promoted to vice president, he was director of customer service, government programs and the Regional Turbine Centers.
Mr. Cumnock earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arkansas Tech University in 1971.
